1. Surf through the "OUR TRIPS" page and click on the tour you are interested in to see the detailed tour page. Look at the table of prices and click on the "book now" button which relates to the departure date or trip style you desire; the specific booking form will open.
2. Fill in the booking form with your personal information and indicate for how many people you wish to book the trip and how you would like to pay (bank transfer or credit card). Please, be sure you agree with our booking conditions. Print off the completed form for your own records, then click ‘submit’ to submit your booking form to us. We will answer you within 5 working days to let you know if we still have enough places available in the trip you chose and to organise payment of the trip.
3. After reception of our email confirming the availability and the pre-booking, you will have one week to confirm the booking and make the payment. For this, you will need to print the final booking form and fax it to us along with your non-refundable deposit (or full payment if you book less than 42 days before departure). If you book for several people, please fill in one final booking form for each person.
4. As soon as we will have received your payment, we will send you an email to confirm your booking. If we don't receive your payment one week after we contacted you, we will cancel your pre-booking.
